Returns Policy for Shipments
 
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery. The refund value will be the value of your purchases after excluding the taxes and shipping charges. Incase, if the return is owing to an error on our part, the total amount as paid by you, including the shipping charges will be refunded. The reason for the error will be analyzed and evaluated by us and the decision by us, will be final. It’s our decision to decide whether to give refund or not and it will be binding on you. You should expect to receive your refund within seven days of receipt of your return to us, though we will make all effort to refund you earlier. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive and process your return. Please note, in some circumstances, depending on your bank, it may take additional time for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
 
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the items from your order. Please do not return any items without being issued a return authorization number from us.
 
Returns from outside India, will be addressed on a case to case basis, owing to the complexities and regulations between the two countries. Hence, please do not return any item without a clear return authorization number from us.
 
Shipping Policy
 
We can ship to virtually any address in India. Anyhow, if our logistic service provider is unable to reach the goods to you, we will not be able to deliver the goods to you and in which case, the money will refunded in full, to your address at India. Incase if you want the shipment outside India, kindly check with the Ministry of Health or equivalent Government institution at your country of residence, on the permission to receive the specified Ayurveda medicines. We don’t take any liability for rejection or confiscation of your goods in your country of residence and its subsequent repercussions. Hence, kindly do appropriate enquiry before ordering the medicines. Secondly, incase if our logistic service provider is unable to reach the goods at your destination, then we will not be able to deliver the goods at your place of country/residence. Though we will make all our efforts to refund your money, in case of non-shipment of the medicines or goods, refund of money depends on the permission from Reserve Bank of India and hence, we will not be able to guarantee the refund of your money, either in full or partly.
 
When you place an order, the system has been programmed to estimate the shipping charges based on the gross weight including packaging of the goods ordered and the distance between our specified warehouse and your place of delivery.
 
The system has been programmed to estimate shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and show you the full value of your shipments for payment. To reflect the policies of the logistic service provider, all weights will be rounded off to the next full kilogram.
